Directions to Selby Bay Yacht Club from Washington, Baltimore and the Eastern Shore

From Washington take Rte 50 East. From Baltimore proceed South on I97, merge onto Rte. 50 East but stay in the right lane. From the Bay Bridge, stay on Rte. 50 West until exit 22.

On Rte. 50 (whether coming from the East or West) take Exit 22, Aris T. Allen Boulevard (Rte 665). Continue about a mile to the second exit, Solomons Island Road (Rte 2 South). Keep going straight exactly 3.3 miles on Rte 2 South crossing the bridge over the South River and passing a K-mart Shopping Center on the left. Then make a left turn at the traffic light onto Central Avenue (Rte 214 East) heading toward Mayo. Proceed exactly 3.6 miles passing through the traffic light at Muddy Creek Road, where Central Avenue becomes a two-lane road, and then turn left onto Turkey Point Road (which is identified by a large sign for Turkey Point Rd. and Old Turkey Point Rd.). Go about 1/2 mile over a small bridge, and SBYC is on the left.
